Lisa is a researcher turned freelance consultant from Berlin, Germany, who is working at the intersection of academia, government, and the nonprofit sector. Her mission is to help purpose-driven organizations create a better world by connecting analytics and human-centered design.
After obtaining her Master’s degree in Politics and Public Administration with specializations in Management and Quantitative Research Methods, Lisa first worked as a researcher and lecturer for computational social science at the Universities of Konstanz, Hamburg, and Bielefeld. She subsequently co-directed a social tech start-up, used data for good as a core team member, team and project lead at CorrelAid, and advised a German Federal Ministry on managing its digital transformation as a public sector consultant. She currently leads an innovation project at Tafel Deutschland to shape the future of food donations through digital solutions.
In addition to her diverse experiences across sectors and industries, Lisa is a trained mediator, certified project manager for Scrum and PRINCE2®, and also holds an ITIL® 4 certificate in IT Service Management.
