My structured Embedding DE&I programme helps organisations gain real ease in their practice of, and relationship with, DE&I. And for those who want to adopt an entirely original approach, I open dialogue with executives over a relaxed, informal, informative Diversity Dinner.
I have a deep passion for my work. The roots of that passion are in the formative experiences I had growing up in West London in the turbulent days of the ‘70s and early ‘80s, as a child of immigrant parents. Racial abuse and intolerance were woven into the fabric of my daily Life.
These raw encounters gave me a very personal insight into social injustice, inequality, the anatomy of intolerance, and the DE&I challenges that we face as a nation. They enabled me to understand what drives discrimination, to work with individuals and small groups to investigate, unravel and resolve complex confrontations, and to deliver deeply informed and honest training.
