Ayanda Angel Modisane is an applied linguist and digital collection specialist from South Africa. Passionate about promoting inclusivity and diversity in scientific communication, she has been an active contributor to the AfricArXiv repository ecosystem. In 2023, she contributed to the “Decolonising Scientific Writing for Africa” project, where she organised, categorised, and curated translated research article summaries across six African languages. Her expertise extends to freelance and project-based roles, focusing on digital repository workflows, open access communication, and office management.
