Code of Conduct

We aim to serve as a credible, reliable, and viable multidisciplinary community. To achieve this, we uphold respect and inclusion by valuing and respecting all individuals regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs. Our community treats everyone with dignity and respect and provides a welcoming and inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, or bullying. 

We strive for professionalism in all our operations and community engagements. Team members are mindful of their language and behavior and open to constructive feedback. Any offensive, disrespectful, or disruptive activities that may harm others or damage the organization’s reputation will be addressed immediately in a respectful, fair, and constructive manner. 

We value constructive communication. Team members are encouraged to be considerate and listen attentively to others encouraging diverse perspectives. To maintain integrity, members are encouraged to take responsibility for their work and commitments establishing and maintaining trust within the community. To maintain the credibility and reliability of our organisation, team members are also encouraged to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations and the policies and guidelines set forth by the community and organisation. Team members agree to respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the community.

Should team members sense violations or have concerns, they are encouraged to report to the appropriate authorities or designated individuals. Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in exclusion from our community events.
